Most games now only run on ARM, whereas Genymotion Desktop virtual devices architecture is x86. They will usually be impossible to install, or will not appear in Google Play Store. Please, make sure to read this article first: I cannot install or run an application in Genymotion Desktop
Even though it is possible to play games with Genymotion Desktop, it has not been specifically designed for this use. Therefore, we do not provide specific features for gaming, such as macros or keyboard support.
Also, some modern games, such as PokemonGo, include anti-root detection routines, or are arm64 only which make them incompatible with Genymotion.
For these reasons, we can not guarantee that Genymotion will work with a given game and we will not provide support if it doesn't run or work as expected.
