Safari web browser
This is a known compatibility issue with Safari 18 and above. Please use Google Chrome or Chromium on macOS instead, until the problem is fixed.
iPhone/iPad (iOS)
Due to a compatibility issue with iOS, Genymotion SaaS is currently unusable on devices running on iOS, such as iPhones and iPads.
Other
If you are using Google Chrome and still getting the issue, the problem may also come from the browser cache. Try the following:
- Force refresh the page with Ctrl+F5;
- If force-refreshing does not help, clean Google Chrome cache and try again.
