There are several reasons why you don't receive our activation email. The most common ones are:
- The email has been identified as spam by your mailbox
- Your mailbox is not reachable (full, closed, etc.)
- The email address has been misspelled
Make sure that your mailbox is reachable and search your spam for a mail from genymotion-activation@genymobile.com
with subject "Welcome to Genymotion - User account activation"
If you still can't find it, you can submit a support request with the email you provided at registration.
