Known issues and solutions

  • I can't create an account: "Something went wrong, please try again."
  • I don't receive the activation mail
  • I can't activate my Dektop account: "Invalid or expired activation link"
  • I can't reset my password: "Your email has not been sent, please retry later"
  • I get the error "Too many requests, try again later." when I try to create an account.
  • I have forgotten my Genymotion (Desktop) account password
  • I have forgotten my Genymotion (Desktop) account username
  • I have forgotten my Genymotion SaaS (Cloud) account password
