Renewing licenses must be performed from the Genymotion website:
- Sign in to the Genymotion website with the account used to buy the licenses you wish to renew:
https://www-v1.genymotion.com/account/login/ - Go to your profile and click Orders.
- Next to the license you wish to renew, click Extend License.
Important
You cannot add new licenses to the basket. If you need more licenses, you must buy them as a new transaction.
- Redeem a voucher code if you have one.
- Make sure the billing address is correct.
- Accept the terms and conditions of use.
- Select a payment method, enter your information and click Submit Payment.
Note
Paypal can be used without a Paypal account in most countries.
After the payment is processed, license keys are sent by e-mail. If you selected Paypal eCheck, it can take some days.
