It is not possible for users to delete their Cloud account yet.
To request account deletion, please follow theses steps:
- Log in at https://cloud.geny.io/signin
- Go to the Administration Panel
- Go to the Billing page
- Cancel your plan and remove all Credit cards if there are any
- Go to this page to submit an account removal request
