Incorrect license key
This error means that there have been too many failed license registration attempts (wrong license key) and your IP has been temporarily blocked by our firewall for 1 hour. This is a security measure to prevent brute force attacks.
Wait for at least 1h, verify your license key and try again.
If you still can't register the license, do not keep trying or you will be banned again after 3 failed attempts. Instead, verify your license key - there probably is a typo (wrong number, spaces, ...) in the entered key. If the license key has been provided to you by a reseller, please contact them to double check the key.
Your IP has a bad reputation
IP reputation verification is part of our security measures. If the error persists even if the license key is correct, your host public IP may have a bad reputation.
To verify your public IP reputation, please follow these steps:
- Retrieve your host public key (you can use https://www.whatismypublicip.com/ )
- Verify your public IP reputation at https://www.ipqualityscore.com/ and https://talosintelligence.com/reputation_center
If your IP reputation is "Bad" or "Poor", and it is present on one or more black lists, then:
- make sure that your host machine is clean of any viruses or malwares
- contact your Internet provider and request a new public IP
Alternatively, you can request your IP to be re-verified and remove from any black lists at https://www.ipqualityscore.com/ and https://talosintelligence.com/reputation_center, or use a different network.
