- Make sure that Hyper-V is disabled. See Genymotion Desktop and Hyper-V (Windows 8/8.1/10).
- If Hyper-V is already disabled, it may mean that VirtualBox has been installed with a different Windows account than the one you are currently using. If so, remove VirtualBox and re-install it from the account you wish to use.
Genymotion Desktop needs to be able to create and access at least one host-only VirtualBox interface. Make sure that your Windows account has enough permissions to let VirtualBox create host-only interfaces.
