Despite all our efforts, there are two known bugs that we have been unable to fix so far when using the device link feature. Fortunately, they can be easily overcome.
The screen on the smartphone or tablet remains white and is frozen
A white screen may appear randomly on your smartphone/tablet when using the Device link feature, usually at start up:

If this happens, try to unlink your device and link it again from the Device Link feature window. This should fix the problem when it happens.
The display seems frozen on the smartphone or tablet (macOS only)
This bug only affects macOS users: on macOS, the video stream may take more time to load to the smartphone/tablet and the Genymotion Link App may seem frozen on the Welcome screen:

You need to wait a little while and everything should work normally after.
If nothing happens after a couple of minutes, try to unlink the device and link it again.
