For technical and resources reasons, we cannot test nor guarantee Genymotion Desktop operations on each and every existing Linux distributions.
If you don't use one of the recommended distributions, it is very likely that:
- You will be missing some important libraries
- The VirtualBox package provided by your distribution does not meet Genymotion Desktop requirements
- Your distribution kernel doesn't have the appropriate modules for your display
- Genymotion Desktop does not behave normally.
For this reason, we can only provide technical assistance if you use one or our supported distributions:
- Ubuntu LTS
- Debian Stable
- Fedora Workstation
