There are several reasons why you don't receive our activation email. The most common ones are:
- The email has been filtered and marked as spam by your mailbox
- Your mailbox is not reachable (full, closed, etc.)
Make sure that your mailbox is reachable and check your inbox, spam, trash and filtered folders again.
If you still can't find it, you can submit a support request with the username and email you provided at registration.
Microsoft mail services, such as Outlook or Hotmail, tend to retain or filter our activation emails. Please wait for 24 hours and check your inbox and spam again.
