There are several reasons why you don't receive our activation email. The most common ones are:
- The email has been filtered and marked as spam by your mailbox
- Your mailbox is not reachable (full, closed, etc.)
- The email address has been misspelled
Make sure that your mailbox is reachable, wait for 24 hours and check your inbox, spam, trash and filtered emails again.
If you still can't find it, you can submit a support request with the email you provided at registration.
Google mail tends to identify our activation email as spam.
Make sure to check all your spam folders before contacting support.
Microsoft mail services, such as Outlook or Hotmail, tend to retain or filter our activation emails.
Please wait for 48 hours and check your inbox and spam again.
