There are several reasons why you don't receive our activation email. The most common ones are:
- The email has been identified as spam by your mailbox
- Your mailbox is not reachable (full, closed, etc.)
- The email address has been misspelled
Make sure that your mailbox is reachable and check your inbox, spam, trash and filtered emails again.
If you still can't find it, you can submit a support request with the email you provided at registration.
Outlook/Hotmail/Live/MSN
Microsoft mail services, such as Outlook or Hotmail, sometimes retain our activation emails. Wait for 24 hours and check your inbox and spam again.
