You are using a legacy version of Genymotion Desktop
There is a bug with legacy versions of Genymotion Desktop which prevents Genymotion to create new devices on fresh installs (this does not occur if you upgraded from a previous version).
To fix this, please upgrade to the latest stable version of Genymotion Desktop from https://www.genymotion.com/download/
You are running out of free space.
Check the free remaining space on your hard disk.
Genymotion is unable to download the template image
There may be something preventing Genymotion Desktop to download the template OVA from our servers.
Make sure that your firewall/antivirus/network allows the following:
- Outgoing TCP port 80 and 443 on *.genymotion.com
- Outgoing TCP port 80 and 443 on *.geny.io
- allow genymotion.exe and player.exe to communicate with vboxmanage.exe
