This is a known bug with Windows 10. Unfortunately, no fixes could be implemented so far.
If you experience VRAM and/or RAM leakage when using Genymotion Desktop on Windows 10, please try on a different OS such as Linux or macos.

Due to this bug, Genymotion Desktop is not suitable for automated and/or scale tests. Instead, we have specifically designed our Cloud products for such usage.
