This error means that Android UI is unresponsive; this may happen when Genymotion Desktop host resources are too low.
First of all, make sure that your hardware meet Genymotion Desktop requirements. See What are Genymotion Desktop requirements?
Then, to get better performances, you can try the following:
- Use Android 7.1 or lower.
- Use a template with a lower display resolution and density. For example, most recent computers will work without slowdowns with devices with 768dpi resolution and 320-XHDPI density.
Windows Professional/Enterprise editions
This may also happen when Hyper-V is enabled. Hyper-V interferes with VirtualBox and it is recommended to disable it when using Genymotion Desktop.
